We specialize in manufacturing custom wooden components for a wide range of industries. Our primary focus is wooden handles for wheelbarrows, brooms and mops, shovels, diggers and janitorial or cleaning supplies. 

In addition, we manufacture wooden craft dowels, flagpoles, display shelving, jar lids, bungs and firework plugs. If your product is made from wood, there is a strong chance we can find a way to manufacture it. 

Yes. In most cases, we match customer specifications based on prints, drawings or physical prototypes that you supply. We’ll work with you to find the most cost-effective strategy to accomplish your goals. 

We primarily work with pine and a variety of hardwoods. The most commonly used and cost-effective hardwood species in our production include poplar and sycamore. 

We also offer several finishing options, including ultraviolet (UV) clear coat, painted finishes and other colors UV finishes. If you need additional functionality, we have a specialized wooden threading machine that cuts clean, precise wooden threads on the ends of dowels or handles.

Packaging services are available as well. We can bundle products with wrap or brands, and box, wrap and label your product with universal product codes (UPCs) based on your requirements. 

We can usually provide a free sample for simple projects. More complex items may require a small setup fee or shipping charges.

We are primarily a wholesale manufacturer. The vase majority of our business supports manufacturers that incorporate our wooden components into finished products for retail or distribution. 

A typical minimum order quantity is around 1,000 pieces, though this can vary depending on the product type, size and customization. 

You can apply for credit by submitting a credit application. Once approved, we offer Net 30 terms or 1% 10 Net 30. If not approved, payment is due upon receipt.

We issue invoices when your product is complete and ready to ship. Many customers arrange their own freight, but we can help secure competitive shipping rates when needed.

Production lead times generally range from four to six weeks, depending on the product type and order details. Because every project is different, timelines may vary, and we will communicate clearly throughout the process.
